How to do it well

Start 45–60 minutes before sunrise. Layer for cold mornings. Keep to waymarked paths and confirm junctions on your map. Pause for five minutes without talking; notice wind, birds, and distant bells.

Thermal spa reset

Late morning or a rainy afternoon is ideal. Expect warm mineral pools in the low 30s °C, sauna zones, and quiet rules.

 

What to bring

Swimwear, flip-flops, towel, a water bottle. Read house rules at the entrance; many saunas are textile-free and require a towel under the whole body.
